Eric Greitens ordered American and state flags to be flown at half-staff Monday at government buildings in St. Louis County in honor of Christopher Bosche, the late medical director of the Mehlville Fire District and medical team manager with Missouri Task Force 1. Bosch worked for decades with a number of emergency, fire and disaster response medical services. From his time as an emergency room physician in Mercy Hospital St. Louis to serving as a member of OH-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team, Bosche's career put him on the front lines of care.
