Dr. Jay J. Cho, of the 1600 block of Lambs Gap Road, Mechanicsburg, faces charges of rape, aggravated indecent assault, drug delivery by a practitioner, criminal use of a communication facility, indecent assault, possession of a controlled substance and harassment, police said.
