    A Yamhill County Sheriff's Office deputy was involved in a two-vehicle head-on crash Sunday morning southwest of McMinnville on Highwahy 18. About 7:15 a.m., a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Randy D. Manns, 46, of Depoe Bay was traveling eastbound, and for unknown reasons, drifted off the highway into the adjacent ditch. He over-corrected, traveling across the eastbound lane and into the westbound lane of travel where he collided with Mills' 2008 Ford Crown Victoria.
