A 2015 Subaru WRX, driven by Alberto Garcia, 23, of McMinnville, left Baker Street, drove through concrete barriers that were installed to protect the building and struck the south side of the structure.

The Soup Kitchen at St. Barnabas served its first meals March 3, 1990. Back then, the Soup Kitchen operated one day a week and averaged about 20 meals.
