Authorities said 73-year-old James Ponzo of Glassport died of a gunshot wound discovered after his vehicle crashed into another vehicle Nov. 4. Officials said he's believed to having been "an innocent victim" struck by gunfire as he was driving away from a gas station and preparing to attend a cousin's funeral service.
