Crystal Rudolph, 48, of McKees Rocks, was arrested Tuesday after she was seen on surveillance video stealing an envelope from a 71-year-old woman's purse at a Dollar General, police said.

Police said they arrested Lakeysh Collins, 41, of Pittsburgh, without incident after they received information that she was staying in a house in the 100 block of Jacunda Street in the Beltzhoover section of Pittsburgh.

An Allegheny County Judge ordered 23-year-old Eric Gonzalez-Huerta to stand trial on several charges, including one felony, stemming from a Nov. 21 crash that killed 75-year-old Robert Lofink The judge threw out a felony count of leaving the scene of an accident, saying there was no evidence that Gonzalez-Huerta knew what happened.
