The Monitor of McAllen reports Yamilet Rojas is charged with one count of criminal negligent homicide and two counts of endangering a child.

The Monitor in McAllen reports 29-year-old Juan Carlos Lara Hernandez appeared in court Saturday, a day after he turned himself in to federal officers at the Hidalgo-Reynosa International Bridge.
