    A new policy to more heavily vet airplane carry-on items is slowly being rolled out by the Transportation Security Administration and will soon be implemented at two more South Texas airports. Changes aren't planned in the immediate future for San Antonio International Airport but Carrie Harmon, a TSA spokeswoman, said flyers can expect to see the new policy implemented here by the end of 2017 or early next year and eventually all airports will use the new screening method.
