    James D. Mawhir, 27, of Mayville, allegedly brought two hypodermic needles with him for his court appearance in Chautauqua Town Court on Monday. At about 6 p.m., Mawhir was reportedly searched before he was to be sent to Chautauqua County Jail, at which time deputies found him to be in possession of the needles.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, the Dunkirk City Police and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force located Echevarria at the intersection of Fourth and Swan streets in the city of Dunkirk.
