Murdie, 34, of Massena, formerly of Norwood, with unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamines and second-degree reckless endangerment at 1:08 a.m. Sunday.

Mitchell, 27, of Iroquois Village Apartments, with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. Troopers said that about 6:15 a.m. at his residence Mr. Mitchell struck a 28-year-old woman in the face and head several times during the dispute in front of three children, ages 3, 6 and 8. Mr. Mitchell also damaged an LG TV during the confrontation, troopers said.
