Olmstead, 33, of Waddington with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a misdemeanor charge of use of a vehicle without an ignition interlock device and ticketed him for having stickers on his windshield or rear window following a traffic stop at 9:16 p.m. Monday on County Route 44 in the town of Waddington. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent.

Mossow, 20, of St. Regis Falls with driving while ability impaired by drugs and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate lights following a traffic stop at 10:54 p.m. Monday on County Route 49 in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said Mr. Mossow was in possession of 57.9 grams - just over 2 ounces - of marijuana.
