    A Springfield man was killed when his car crossed the centerline and struck a tractor-trailer outside of Marysville Thursday morning, the State Highway Patrol said. Smith was driving his Hyundai north on Route 36 around 7:15 a.m. Thursday when he veered into the path of a southbound tractor-trailer driven by Christopher Kelly, 43, of Marysville, the patrol said.
