On WEPM Radio's Panhandle Live show Friday morning, Keller remembered Moore as an outstanding officer who was willing to serve wherever he was needed.

Kahleel Jamal Graham, 21, of Pendleton Drive, pleaded guilty Thursday to first-degree arson and no contest to conspiracy to attempt escape from jail.

Frederick Maxwell Hilliard, 62, was previously convicted of raping multiple victims, including juveniles, and served 37 years of his original sentence of 38 to 90 years in a Pennsylvania prison before he was paroled and subsequently absconded from parole supervision.
