    The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Thursday approved a 3 percent tuition increase, which it says is the lowest percentage increase in more than 30 years. Undergraduate tuition will increase by 3 percent at all three campuses in Knoxville, Chattanooga and Martin as part of the $2.13 billion budget for the 2016 fiscal year.
