    A two-car accident on Route 28 at Osterville-West Barnstable Road just after 3 a.m. on Saturday required the jaws of life to extricate two people from one of the vehicles.     An automatic fire alarm and a subsequent 911 call by a neighbor alerted firefighters to a small blaze at Hayden Building Movers on Industrial Road in Marstons Mills on Aug. 1. A mulch/brush fire had reached the front of the building, according to a statement from the Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department. Two Hayden employees who were working behind the building heard the alarm and extinguished the fire with a garden hose; people from a neighboring business also used a fire extinguisher on the blaze.
