    The GMG Math Magicians proudly represented GMG in the AEA 267 6th Grade Math Bee held in Marshalltown. GMG students qualified for the state competition to be held in Cedar Falls on May 12. The team met once a week from September- April to learn basic algebra, geometry, statistics, and other problem solving concepts and sharpen their math skills for the competition, which is held each year for area sixth graders.

That is exactly what the Tama County Humane Society wants to create at the front of their facility. The Tama County Community Foundation has played a role in helping the TCHS achieve many of their goals, including last year's grant for two dog suites as well as help with getting a new furnace and air conditioning and a new sign in the last few years.
