That's for dumping 800,000 gallons of Canadian crude into the Kalamazoo River.

Michigan Avenue, but arrived after the burglar had apparently fled. They deployed a K-9 from the City of Battle Creek but apparently the dog lost the scent, or the thieves were using a vehicle.
