    Marion police have arrested a man in the fatal stabbing of his brother on Saturday night. Marvin Brown, 49, was found bleeding profusely from the neck when officers were called to the 200 block of North State Street in Marion around 9:14 p.m., according to a press release. He was transported to Marion General Hospital where he died.
