    Iowa State Patrol officials said Thursday that they mixed up the names of a pickup driver who was killed in an August crash in Jackson County and a passenger who survived. The patrol corrected its report to say that Donald L. Morris, 63, of Maquoketa, was behind the wheel during the single-vehicle crash shortly after 8 p.m. on Aug. 22. Morris died from his injuries.
