    Three Mansfield men have been indicted by the Richland County Grand Jury on charges of robbing two women of drugs. 23-three-year-old Edward Brown, 26-year-old Brandon Smith, and 26-year-old Laronta Hall are each charged with Aggravated Robbery, Kidnapping, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Cocaine, Aggravated Drug Possession, and gun specifications.

Twenty-four-year-old Gurkirpal Singh is charged with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, two counts of Vehicular Assault, all felonies, and a misdemeanor charge of Vehicular Homicide.
