    Motorists are urged to avoid driving the Long Island Expressway near exits 70 and 71 in Manorville this weekend because of scheduled repairs to a damaged bridge, the state Department of Transportation said. Two eastbound and two westbound lanes on the LIE will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, weather permitting, the state agency said.
