The Hornets' men's novice 8 - comprised of Brian Peters, Chris Ziobro, Tom Westpfal, Nolan Spina, Eric Worrell, Robert Garver, Ben Christopher, Matt Crovella and coxswain Alexandra Hunt - won a gold medal and are the 2016 New York State Scholastic Champions.
