Terry Palmer, 29, and Houston Coffer, 30, were charged with felon in possession of a firearm, possessing an instrument of a crime, and two counts of endangering a minor on June 18. The Mississippi County Sheriff's Office made the arrests after a check of Palmer's residence at West County Road 524 south of Manila.
