    Sustainable Westchester has reached a two-year agreement with ConEdison Solutions to enable consumers in up to 20 Westchester towns, including Larchmont, Mamaroneck and New Rochelle) in its Smart Power Program to purchase clean energy at a fixed rated from wind, solar, and hydro projects. ConEdison Solutions will provide electricity generated from wind, solar and hydro projects, and will allow users to choose between 100 percent renewable energy, or a mix of renewable and traditional energy at a lower price.
