    Authorities have released the name and cause of death of the victim in the fatal home explosion on the South West Side Wednesday, September 13. Our partners at WMTV in Madison report the Dane County Medical Examiner's office has identified the victim as 50-year-old Lee Anne Pirus of Madison. Officials say Pirus's body was recovered from the scene in the 7800 block of Stratton Way shortly before 9:15 a.m. on Friday.
