    According to a release from the Dane County Sheriff's Office, a deputy stopped a van on Algoma Street in Madison for no license plate around 3:30 a.m. They say no marijuana was found, but deputies did find several stacks of cash and about $1,7000 in denim jeans that are believed to be stolen. The driver, 26-year-old Kelsey D. Nelson was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and felony receiving stolen property.
