    Three teens were arrested Friday night after police said a driver eluded police, then he and his two passengers ran from the vehicle after a brief police pursuit and crash, according to a news release. Madison police said an officer tried to stop a vehicle that reportedly did not have its headlights on while traveling on John Nolen Drive at about 11:15 p.m. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle on Williamson Street but the vehicle did not pull over.
