    A 30-year-old Clawson man had to be extricated from a vehicle that was on fire Monday night after he crashed into a house in Madison Heights. According to a press release from the Madison Heights Police Department, the man was pulled from the flaming car by witnesses after he crashed his Ford Mustang into a house in the 2700 block of Barrington Street at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 7. The car and the house caught fire as a result of the crash and police suspect that alcohol was a factor in the incident.

A Jeep carrying two occupants being driven by a 61-year-old woman from Madison Heights, was traveling southbound when she lost control of the vehicle, MSP said. The vehicle went into the oncoming northbound lane, striking a Pontiac G6 carrying four occupants.
