    A fast moving storm Thursday afternoon downed a number of trees that blocked roads, took down power lines and hit homes and cars, with parts of Dover, Barrington and Madbury being the hardest hit. About thirty percent of Barrington's power was still out at 9:40 p.m. on Thursday, about five hours after the storm went through; both Dover and Madbury had about 230 customers each out of power.
