    Ontario County Sheriff's deputies said a Palmyra man who was found in the driver's seat of a running vehicle asleep was later charged with driving while intoxicated. Deputies said Christopher R. Bach, 37, of 3081 Quaker Road, Palmyra, was found asleep in the vehicle shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts on Route 96 in Manchester.

Also Tuesday, it was revealed that two of the remaining nine dogs rescued from the home of James R. Hughes, 41, and Eleanor M. Hughes, 53, of 2048 Wayneport Road, have been euthanized.
