    A Brooklyn man was arrested in Lynbrook on Monday for allegedly throwing rocks at cars on Peninsula Boulevard from the village's Long Island Rail Road station platform. According to the Nassau County Police Department, Lynbrook police officers responded to a 911 call about the incident on Monday at 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, the officers observed Titus Garcia, 30, on the south platform.
