    Lumberton police said officers were called to Interstate 95 North, near commercial plant Kaser Roth, where they found a person who had been struck by a vehicle at about 9:20 p.m. An investigation revealed that Mr. and Mrs. John Clayton, both 55, from Virginia, were traveling north on I-95 near Kayser Roth when their car struck Mr. Mustoe, who was standing in the travel lane and not wearing any reflective clothing. The crash is under investigation.
