    On November 23, 2016, two suspects were caught on camera stealing doors off a home under construction at the Estates of Kelsey Park, a new housing edition between University Ave. and Indiana Ave. on 140th Street, according to officials with the Lubbock Police Department. According to the police report, the contractor told police there had been several thefts at the construction site prior to the doors being stolen, which is what prompted him to install the security cameras.

An officer said he weighed and tested a portion of what he believed to be meth on scene and confirmed it tested positive for methamphetamine.
