    Police have taken a person into custody who they believe is responsible for a shooting that killed two people and injured four others at a public library in eastern New Mexico, the Clovis city manager told a newspaper there. City Manager Tom Phelps told The Eastern New Mexico News on Monday evening that three of the injured were taken to a hospital in Lubbock, Texas.
