    A moving truck was parked outside the barren Lubbock campus of Children's Hope on Tuesday afternoon after foster children staying there were moved to other placements amid a state investigation. The Department of Family and Protective Services sent two letters on Friday addressed to Children's Hope Residential Services Inc. CEO James Aldrich, saying the agency was "suspending all new placements and any subsequent moves of DFPS children into" those two locations in Lubbock and Levelland effectively immediately.
