    The Lubbock Medical Examiner's Office has released new information about an accident that killed a young man in Central Lubbock back in August. Police say 18-year-old Tucker Brantly Arnold lost control of his Dodge Ram and hit an unoccupied parked car before driving into the front yard of a residence and hitting a tree at 49th and Avenue U around 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 19. "I just heard him driving fast and then we heard a swerve and he hit a tree I guess because there was a big thump,"Mccullough said.
