    A woman accused of misleading investigators searching for her ex-boyfriend in the kidnapping of his estranged wife from Ormond-by-the-Sea has been arrested in West Virginia and is facing federal charges, court documents show. An indictment filed earlier this week in federal district court in Orlando shows that Belenda Sandy has been charged with three counts of intimidation or force against a witness in the kidnapping case of Rachel Madison.  The indictment states that Sandy misled Sheriff's investigators, the FBI and the U.S. Marshal's Service regarding information about the kidnapping.

    The FBI filed a kidnapping charge against the man they say abducted his estranged wife while she was out jogging in Ormond-by-the-Sea a little more than a week ago, as well as court documents that recount the details of the woman's murder. Jarvis Wayne Madison, 58, already in police custody in Indiana on charges unrelated to his wife's death, now faces the charge of kidnapping that resulted in a death, according to a federal criminal complaint filed with the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida.
