    A murder charge against a Louisa County man accused of shooting his live-in girlfriend multiple times at their home was certified to a grand jury. Thomas Peterson Feaster, 48, appeared in Louisa Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Monday for a preliminary hearing at which charges of murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon were sent on to a grand jury scheduled for Jan. 12. Major Donnie Lowe of the Louisa County Sheriff's Office said a caller reported a possible shooting on Oct. 2 at a house on Lasley Lane, northwest of the town of Louisa.
