    Three brothers were arrested and charged this week in connection with the stabbing of a Neptune Township liquor store patron on the evening of May 2, announced Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni. Philip Anderson 28, of the Parlin section of Old Bridge Township, was arrested after he turned himself in to Neptune Township police Thursday evening, after his brothers were arrested earlier in the week for their respective roles in the incident.
