    Long Beach police were searching Tuesday morning for the gunman in a drive-by shooting that wounded a man getting into his car in North Long Beach. The victim was shot in the lower body by a suspect who pulled up in a vehicle and fired rounds at him before 6:30 a.m. on the 100 block of 48th Street, said police spokeswoman Nancy Pratt.
