    Chico >> All victims of the Cascade Fire have been identified as of Thursday, according to the Yuba County Sheriff-Coroner's Office. They include City Councilor Andrew Coolidge's father, Stanley Albert Coolidge, 78, and his father's fiancee, Roseann Hannah, 53. No outstanding missing persons have been reported from the Cascade or La Porte fires, according to the Yuba County Sheriff's Office.

    Marysville >> The father of ​Chico​ City Councilor Andrew Coolidge is one of two people who have been identified as victims of the Cascade Fire that​ ​began tearing​ ​through Loma Rica on ​Oct 8. The bodies of Stanley Coolidge and his fiance, Roseann Hannah of Grass Valley, were found at Coolidge's home in the 11000 block of Loma Rica Road.​​ There are at least four people who died in Yuba County during the fire, and two have not yet been identified. In a previous Enterprise-Record story, Coolidge said he was close with his father, and spoke with him almost every day.

    Butte County>> All evacuation warnings for the Wind Complex fires have been lifted, all evacuation shelters are now closed and all roads are open. In Yuba County, the Yuba/Sutter Fairgrounds on Franklin Avenue remains open as an evacuation center for residents and animals.

    Firefighters watch a backfire they lit Monday to try and strengthen a barrier keep fire from crossing Cherokee Road on the Cherokee Fire. The Yuba County Sheriff's Office said the victim was found at a burned residence in the 12000 block of Douglas Way in Loma Rica at approximately 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, after a citizen reported a family friend missing at that location.
