B. Dotson on Feb. 17, 2015, for conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance with four other people in the Manila area of Boone County, it was reported last week by the Coal Valley News.

    After several days without water service in many parts of Boone County, West Virginia American Water is reporting that service has been restored to most areas of the county. "West Virginia American Water is repressurizing the 12-inch water main that provides service to customers in and around Camp Creek, Ridgeview, Nellis, Ashford, Lory, Julian, Middle Horse Creek, Little Horse Creek and surrounding areas," the water company said in its latest water restoration update.

"The plan was discovered when agents of the Metropolitan Drug Enforcement Network Team intercepted the package in Charleston and notified agents of the US 119 Drug Task Force in Logan who then delivered the package to Curry," Goodwin said.
