    One person was killed Friday and four others injured, including two children, after a five-vehicle, chain-reaction crash on U.S. 190 in Livonia, the town police chief said. A GMC heavy-duty pickup truck trying to make a left turn from U.S. 190 eastbound onto Isabel Street was rear-ended twice, the second-time being pushed into the path of an oncoming 18-wheeler and then thrown into a car waiting at a nearby stop sign, police said.
