    On March 30, the Herkimer County Sheriff's Office Welfare Fraud Unit, along with Herkimer County Department of Social Services, arrested Linda Tyoe, 54, of Little Falls, and charged her with welfare fraud in the third degree and grand larceny in the third degree. Tyoe allegedly received $22,156.82 in New York State Medicaid benefits between January 1st, 2014 and February 9th, 2016 in which she was not entitled to receive.
