Bresett, 23, of Knox Street, Ogdensburg and Christopher L. Reynolds, 35, of Hardscrabble Road, Lisbon are each charged with single counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor, and first-degree promoting prison contraband, a felony.

Lisbon town officials said DOCCS defaulted in the lease by failing to fence in the entire range, located on Sand Road, but Riverview Correctional Facility Superintendent Brian F. McAuliffe said a fence that had been in place was taken down by town officials.
