    There was a rodeo, and there were brawls involving potentially "whips and spurs," and "cars trucks smashing into each other" as police arrived on the scene in Lino Lakes Saturday night, according to police reports and radio scanner audio. Details of the chaotic scene remained unclear Sunday, but at least five people were injured and one arrested after police from numerous agencies encircled a field near Interstate 35W and Main Street shortly after 8:15 p.m. Saturday.
