Mohammad Fawad Mohammadi was in a car with his wife and young child in a Walgreens parking lot off U.S. 101 just before noon March 6, when according to eyewitness testimony from a probable cause affidavit, "a male driver in a gray car" rammed the driver's side of Mohammadi's car.

Edward Bolton Jr., 47, of Grand Ronde and Murae Van Ras, 24, of Lincoln City were pulled from the partially submerged 1998 Ford Ranger by passers-by and emergency responders along East Devils Lake Road last Thursday, according to police.
