    Remains found along the Lake Erie shore last week are those of teenager Jack R. Fleming, who was among six Liberty Township residents killed when their private plane crashed on Dec. 29, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office. Remains of Jack Fleming, 15, had been recovered earlier, along with those of his father, John T. Fleming, 46, and neighbor Brian Casey, 50. Still missing were Fleming's wife, Sue, 46, another son, Andrew, 14, and Casey's daughter, Megan, 19. DNA testing confirmed the remains found last Wednesday in the Cleveland suburb of Willowick were Jack Fleming, medical examiner's office spokesman Christopher Harris said.
