Gantt was arrested Tuesday afternoon by members of the Lexington and Richland county fugitive task forces and SLED officers after Gantt was located on Broad River Road near Interstate 20. Gantt is accused of hitting John D. Moore, 18, of Gaston with his pickup truck on June 30, killing him and leaving him by the side of the road.
