    Davinette Phillips, 34 and Sheri Jones, 47, were indicted by the Richland County Grand Jury with a combined 28 counts of theft in office. Phillips is accused of falsifying work time sheets and Jones is accused of signing the time sheets without verifying them.

    Darryl Jerome Taylor, 30, has been indicted on one count of murder with a firearm specification and one count of aggravated murder with a firearm specification in the July 7 death of Deborah Hovestadt, 41. He was charged on Dec. 8. Authorities received a 911 call at 10:13 a.m. in reference to a gunshot at 1273 Kings Corners Road near Lexington. When police arrived Hovestadt was found in a back bedroom of the residence with a gunshot wound to her face.
