    The Wooster Generals remain undefeated with a win over the Lexington Minutemen 67 - 44. The minutemen jumped out to an early 18 - 6 lead and at the end of the first quarter the Generals were down by 9. Second quarter, Wooster turned up the defense, forced turnovers and transition baskets to take control of the game. The generals took the lead late in the 2nd quarter and never looked back outscoring the Minutemen 41 -21 in the second half.

    Council agreed to adopt the Community Reinvestment Area Agreement with the company, who will build an approximately 79,000 square-foot manufacturing facility along State Route 97. Lexington Mayor Eugene Parkison says the total parcel of land is about 84 acres and the actual usage for the project is about 13 acres. He says Next Generation agreed in August of 2016 to annex this site into the village and with that annexation, they applied for a state grant that follows the Ohio Revised Code, which sets the rules and standards.
